Very busy pair of payphones here by this very busy departure gate. The numbers work and the payphones are callable. The bad news is that they do not ring or show any sign of an incoming call. If someone's was to answer whilst the Payphone is being called, you will be able to hear each other like normal. This is a sad fact of the majority of payphones in Colombia. Never the less this Payphone is still a busy one.

Penny Coin Box on Display in London
Just happened to discover this treasure in a BT Openreach (permanent) exhibition at the London Museum. Great to see such an important artefact in flesh. The museum is free and you'll find it in the depths of the basement. This I suppose, is where the payphone started.
