Strange Payphone Model

Saw this at the Central London Computer Fair where I sometimes go to pick up that latest Chinese imports and other such fakes. It has no number, it doesn't work at all. I've looked all over it and found no markings or sign of it's manufacturer. In fact I've never seen this type of private payphone before.
